It was a pleasure to make this graduation gift pin. A group of paleontologists led by the very sweet Vittoria, had this special thought for a graduate friend, they asked me to create a brooch from an Ichthyosaur fossil, of which I made a wax cast and a bronze casting, then enclosed by a silver frame, I tried to give the effect of the real fossil.
